Education has always been an area of contention and debate for the American voter across all age spans. From issues dealing with primary and grade school early education to preparing students for a more competitive future through undergraduate and graduate erudition, education has always remained a concern for the population in all walks of life and in all times. However, during this election period the candidates have focused less on domestic issues i.e. healthcare , education, taxes, the economy and unemployment and more on immigration and terrorism. In order for the US to make itself more competitive globally, we need to reinforce our education system. Since the main issues have been clouded by less meritorious and baneful rhetoric, we at “For Your Education”felt it necessary to inform our readers on the positions of the presidential candidates on education.
